Michelle Scott, MS CCC SLP is the CEO and founder of Gulf Sterilization. Michelle graduated with a Master of Science in Speech Pathology from the University of South Alabama in 1999. After graduating and completing a clinical fellowship year in pediatrics she subsequently founded a successful private practice in speech pathology. In 2020, she recognized a need for a more reliable and efficient sterilization service for the medical device industry. Gulf Sterilization was founded to meet that need.
Michelle has been a passionate advocate for the patients she serves and this focus on successful outcomes for patients has remained a bedrock in all her endeavors. She believes that Gulf Sterilization is playing a vital role in protecting not only the patient by providing them with safe and effective medical devices, but also her employees and the surrounding community by reducing emissions that have historically been an issue in the sterilization industry.
